The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end
- Customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
- Reviewing/updating content on a popular social media platform
- Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Media and entertainment and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
