Content & Community Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute campaigns with clients and influencers.
• Develop strategies to grow influencer community and social media presence.
• Identify and build relationships with new and existing influencers.
• Innovate to improve operational efficiency and solve problems.
• Generate creative marketing campaign ideas.
• Collaborate on campaign concepts across departments.
• Manage campaign budgets and process payments.
• Handle crises and conduct social media/talent research.
• Support and collaborate with team members.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in content creation and social media platforms.
• Project management and organizational abilities.
• Results-oriented with creative and innovative thinking.
• Data analysis skills and focus on achieving benchmarks.
• Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Candidates who are open to remote working or relocating to Singapore.
