Develop Engaging Content: Create compelling and informative content for the clinics website, blog, and social media platforms, including articles, posts, videos, and infographics.
- Visual Content Production: To produce high-quality visual content that aligns with the clinics brand identity and standards set by Ministry of Health.
Social Media Content: Generate creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, and other formats on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to boost engagement and reach.- Patient Education: Produce educational content that explains treatments, procedures, and skincare tips, helping patients make informed decisions about their aesthetic journey.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content with relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic to the clinics website.- Campaign Development: Create and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and clinic appointments.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of content using analytics tools to refine strategies and improve results.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns KLEM Clinics brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a content calendar that aligns with the clinics marketing goals and seasonal promotions.
Innovative Storytelling: Utilize storytelling techniques to showcase patient testimonials, success stories, and clinic milestones, building trust and credibility.
Interaction: Engage with the clinics online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to promote the clinics services and treatments.
Event Coverage: Capture and share content from clinic events, promotions, and special initiatives to keep the audience informed and involved.
Experience: Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and social media platforms.
