As aSocial Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing 2 international brands (Sweden) and enhancing our organization's online presence across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing effective social media strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation and Curation:
  • Develop and curate compelling content for social media platforms (including text, images, videos, and infographics).
  • Craft engaging posts, stories, and updates that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
  1. Community Management:
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Foster positive interactions with followers, addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
  1. Social Media Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create and execute social media campaigns.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize our social media presence.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide regular reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  1. Paid Advertising:
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Optimize ad targeting, budgets, and creative assets.
  1. Stay Updated:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Implement best practices and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management (preferably in a corporate or agency setting).
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Strong writing and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
    • Creative flair and an eye for visual aesthetics.
    • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
