Job Overview:
As an Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing creative content across our social media platforms to build our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be innovative, proactive, and highly efficient in content creation encompassing graphics, texts, and video.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Content Creation:
Develop original short video and livestream content across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Content production: production, user engagement, community management, ensuring all content is on-brand and business goals-oriented.
2. Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the Content Operation Manager to craft strategic content plans.
Analyze current trends in social media content and adapt strategies to keep the company at the leading edge.
Plan content themes and campaigns around key business and cultural dates.
3. Engagement & Interaction:
Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and complaints.
Respond to comments, interact with users professionally, and maintain customer relations with effective public communication practices.
4. Analytics:
Utilize analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of content campaigns and understand the impact on target audiences.
Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring to the marketing team, and suggest actions to increase content engagement.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to integrate social campaigns with marketing strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Coordinate with external influencers to amplify content reach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a content creator or similar role with an impressive portfolio of past content (include links to profiles or portfolios).
Excellent understanding of social media management and strategy.
High level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
