• Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Internal Team: Work with the marketing team to create marketing collaterals aligned with brand values, objectives, target audience preferences, and industry trends.

Produce High-Quality Videos & Photos: Handle shooting, compiling footage, editing, and refining shoots to present the highest quality content.Manage Post-Production: Take charge of editing, graphics, special effects, and other post-production tasks.

• Brainstorming and Idea Scheming: Collaborate closely with content creators on creativity, storyboarding, and generating innovative ideas.

Design Artworks: Create visual designs for marketing collaterals and visual merchandising for both print and digital publishing.

Understand Social Media Trends: Stay updated on social media marketing trends and create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.Maintain Visual Identity: Contribute to maintaining a consistent visual identity across various projects.

• Additional Tasks: Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by superiors to contribute to overall marketing objectives.

• Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Digital, Creative, Graphics, or Multimedia Design.

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in shooting video projects with cameras or phones.

Skills:

• Proficiency in photo & video shooting, designing, and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other editing software.

Knowledge of After Effects and basic Premiere is a bonus.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with short-form video content (Instagram, TikTok).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of Malay is a plus.

• Personality: Extroverted, friendly, patient, and empathetic, with a passion for the beauty and health industry. Cat-lovers are a plus.
