JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Strategy and Direction:
- Develop and articulate creative strategies aligned with the client's business objectives and advertising strategy.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable creative plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.
Content Strategist:
- Collaborating with channel and content teams to uncover strategic sponsorship and integration opportunities across platform to drive impactful client solutions
- Responsible for delivering proposal presentations to the sales team and ensuring everyone stays updated with the latest content lineup.
Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to execution, across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Collaborate with sales team and Internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal team to maintain highest campaign standards within budgetary requirements.
Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:
- Uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all creative outputs, including design, copywriting, and visual content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive visual and messaging identity.
- Conduct regular reviews and critiques to evaluate creative work and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content team , and sales teams to understand their objectives and integrate creative solutions into overarching strategies.
- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop new avenues for monetization based on emerging content trends, optimization of existing assets, and strategic partnerships
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree graduates / Diploma with related marketing/creative/business experience preferably in media, public relations, advertising or broadcasting industry
- Preferably 2 years working experience in media and advertising industry.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Careful and meticulous.
- Strong creativity and conceptualizing skills.
- Pleasant personality, discipline and a team player.
- A self-starter and a team player with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work within timelines.
- Confident and able to handle demanding situations professionally
- Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Able to organize resources, present reports, and coordinate project work
- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point and Excel.
