Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Create high-quality, engaging, and original content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.
Create a social media calendar.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms.
Use analytics tools to track the success of content and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Min Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Proven at least 1 year experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Location : Shah Alam
