We are looking for a Content and Social Media Manager who can take ownership of content strategy and execution primarily for the Malaysian and Singaporean market, with considerations for the rest of Southeast Asia.
Lead and manage the content team consisting of graphic designers, videographers and video editors.- Collaborate with the team to create engaging static and video content aligned with business goals.
Ensure all sponsor and partner content requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Oversee content and social media projects from start to finish and coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including writing, scripting, editing, and proofreading.
Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.- Assist with content distribution and publication on social media and other platforms, engage with followers, and build a strong online community
Track performance, analyze data, and submit regular reports.
Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and team leadership.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledgeable in social media distribution and intermediate understanding of target audience consumption habits.
