Job Description

Job Scope
  • Respond professionally to inbound, live chat and email.
To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
  • To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
  • Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
  • Job Requirements
Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above
  • MUST passed SPM
Able to speak and write in English
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) is an advantage
At least 6 months experience in Call Center / Customer Service or equivalent
  • Able start work immediately is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Rotational shift


Application Question(s):
  • Will you able work for rotating shift / Public Holiday / Weekend
When you able to start work
  • Will you able to work in 24 hours rotating shift

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
