Job Scope - Respond professionally to inbound, live chat and email.
To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).- To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
- Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
Minimum posses with Professional Certificates, Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above Able to speak and write in English
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) is an advantage
At least 6 months experience in Call Center / Customer Service or equivalent- Able start work immediately is preferable

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Rotational shift
