Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up detailed construction schedule and sequence based on approved Project Execution Plan;
Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials and equipment;- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and manage all aspects of contract deliveries;
Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on-site to ensure project standards are met;
- Continuously monitor construction activities and promptly address daily site issues as they arise;
Construction Material and Procurement Management;- Conduct site meeting regularly and attend monthly progress and HSSE Committee meetings;
Ensuring all HSSE activities according to the HSE and Security Management Plan are correctly implemented;
- Lead construction interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines and sub-contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, preferably with further education in Project Management;
At least eight (8) years experiences in project similar to scope of the works;- Preferably registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia as a Graduate Engineer or Professional Engineer;
Proven experiences in leading and integrating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams;
- Familiar with Malaysia's JKR specification, Standard Code of Practice and Regulations;
Familiar with local authorities and permitting requirements for commencement of works at site;- Experience with SEB projects are added advantage;
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English language.
