Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of network protocols, including SNMP, using tools such as Wireshark.
- Set up and manage Windows servers, including domain configurations, LDAP, and credential management.
- Test hardware products with a focus on printer functionality and performance.
- Document and report test results, identify bugs, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Min. of 2 years of experience in network protocol testing, hardware product testing, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficient in company networking, server setup, and IP configuration.
- Hands-on with Linux, Mac OS, and Windows server configurations (domain, LDAP, credentials).
- Practical experience with Linux and Mac OS systems.
- Skilled in network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) and network security basics.
- Printer-related product testing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
