Job Description

Senior Executive : 3,000 5,000

Commission is provided

As a Confinement Sales & Business Development Executive, you will work together with the Sales and Management Team to promote and sell our confinement packages. Your core tasks will include:

Responsibilities:


Be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
Use product knowledge to make relevant recommendations and increase customer satisfaction.
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our confinement food menu, ingredients, dietary requirements and delivery policies.
Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their deliveries and address any delivery-related concerns.
Keep up with the market trends and develop marketing strategies to support the business expansion.
Maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales and repeat business.
To be actively involved in the search for business opportunities and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve the profitability of the Confinement Centre.
Establish sponsorships and cobranding opportunities with infant products.
  • Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Prior sales and BD experience is an advantage.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proactive in resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle order management and record-keeping efficiently.
Knowledge of confinement food traditions, dietary requirements, and postpartum care is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficient with using customer support software and systems is advantageous. Microsoft Excel knowledge is necessary.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Fluency in English is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month

    Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

* Mandarin (Preferred)
