Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers who visit our outlet.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Facilitate item collection in our customer self-collection area by verifying documents and releasing goods.
  • Liaise with our warehouse & fulfilment team to ensure smooth item collection processes.
  • Assist in arranging delivery services for customers.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality or hotel experience.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
