Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Repair & Maintenance of Computer, Notebook, Laptop, PC, and Printer.
  • Maintenance and Repairing Hardware / Software
  • Provide Full Support and Solving Computer and Networking Problems.
  • Install and Configure Appropriate Software and Functions According to Specifications.
  • Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
  • Provide training to end-users on the proper use of computer systems and printers.

Job Requirements

  • Required Language(s) : Mandarin and English
  • Proven experience as a Computer & Printer Technician or a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent.
  • Independent & self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move computer equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
