Develop, implement and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Stay current with industry regulations, laws, and standards related to the organizations operations, including customer ethical standards and requirements.
Perform regular audits to assess compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor business activities for compliance issues.
Ensure that compliance policies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.- Educate employees on regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent compliance breaches.
- Investigate and manage compliance-related incidents and violations, and take corrective actions as needed.
Generate reports on compliance status and issues for management and regulatory bodies.- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and training.
Support and advice to different departments to help them understand and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate allegations of unethical behavior or policy violations and recommend disciplinary actions.
Assist with external audits and participate in customer.- Conduct due diligence with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Familiar and experience in RBA and CSR
.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to interact with employees effectively, management, and regulatory agencies.
3-5 years experience in external/internal audit.
- Prior experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles is highly valued.
Strong understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and recommend effective solutions.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
