Contribute to the development, implementation, and revision of company policies, procedures, strategies, and guidelines.- Develop and execute corrective action plans to address crises or compliance violations.
Lead the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) development program, ensuring adherence to the 5 sections of the RBA Code.
- Manage the companys sustainability engagement platform for both internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and manage all social compliance audits conducted by internal and external parties.- Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors regarding company development.
Oversee and implement the companys sustainability engagement plans with customers.
- Supervise and monitor the development of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
Lead internal audits, supplier audits, and management reviews.- Establish and maintain security system standards in line with company policies and customer requirements, including designing security processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Review and approve facility and production floor layouts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and manage security systems within the workplace, including training employees, management teams, and security personnel.
Manage and oversee security compliance audits for confidential workshop areas and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

Familiar and experience in 5 section of the
RBA code and CSR
.MUST
familiar in manufacturing industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to interact with employees effectively, management, and regulatory agencies.
- 3-5 years experience in external/internal audit.
Prior experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles is highly valued.- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
