Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by developing and implementing compliance policies along with the Head of Compliance.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments, oversee client onboarding and KYC/AML checks, and provide staff training on compliance issues.
Report findings to senior management, collaborate with regulatory bodies, and work with internal departments to mitigate compliance risks and maintain ethical standards.
Strong knowledge and experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance- Analytical skills for conducting assessments and evaluations
Effective communication skills to convey compliance-related information
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of financial industry regulations and best practices- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
