Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster collaborative partnerships across various functions and communicate findings to process owners and management effectively.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on process flows and streamlining existing processes and internal controls.
- Monitor and proactively manage risk exposure.
- Coordinate and verify contractual agreements as well as key management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Risk Management or Compliance, with an advantage for candidates with international exposure.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read and comprehend Chinese documents required. As there are multiple offices, vendors and staff located in China from time to time it is required that communication and documentation will be in Chinese therefore this is a requirement of this position.
- Experience in handling contractual agreements to meet compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations is viewed as an added advantage.
- Self-driven, able to work independently, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of effective problem-solving.
