The company focus mainly in the sectors of property development and investment, plantation, and building materials trading. Currently, they are seeking a Manager of Corporate Secretarial to join their team.
About The Job
- Draft resolutions and announcements, minutes and other documents
- Prepare and review annual report write-up
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance initiatives, listing requirements, and regulatory mandates related to company secretarial matters.
- Assist in the preparation of reports pursuant to MCCG and listing requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials and facilitate board and shareholder meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports, and provide administrative assistance.
- Assist to coordinate with share registrar, maintain statutory records and registers.
- Handle other assigned duties and secretarial support as and when required.
About The Requirements
- Licensed (ICSA or SSM or MACS or MAISA)
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in a public listed company is a must.
- Familiar with the Companies Act, Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Securities Commission Act, Capital Markets and Services Act, MCCG and other relevant laws and regulations.
