Responsibilities:
To communicate with a portfolio of diverse clients on Corporate Secretarial matters and ensure
compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g. Companies Act 2016, AMLA 2001, Bursa Listing
Requirements).
To manage their team portfolio and be one of the team leaders in the daily operations of the
Company.
To manage their own team in preparing resolutions, notice of meetings, minutes, statutory documents
and other related documents.
To do members voluntary winding up and strike-off as and when necessary.
To be able to well manage, coordinate and supervise their team members and their portfolio of
clients.
To assist in overall research work on company secretarial related matters.
To work together with other teams and be able to liaise with SSM/financial institutions/auditors
and/or other relevant bodies on submissions, queries and follow ups.
To be creative in thinking of ideas for solutions to problems.
Requirements:
The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
The candidate possessing an ICSA qualification or license secretary and have an SSM practicing
certificate would be an added advantage.
Good attention to details, team player, efficient and analytical with ability to multi-task in a fast paced
working environment.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field.
Having experience with LLPs, PLCs, pre-IPO companies and CLBGs would be an added advantage.
A person with integrity and good interpersonal skills.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Bursalink, MycoID, MBRS, e-BOS.
