POSITION - COMPANY SECRETARY
LOCATION - KLANG
SALARY - RM 2000-3000
Job Description:
Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work with minimal supervision and liaising with SSM
Preparation and submission of statutory forms to regulatory authorities, preparing Directors Circular Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings and other documents in compliance with Companies Act, Listing Requirements, etc
To ensure all company secretarial matters are in compliance with the relevant acts, guidelines and requirements
To update and maintain statutory records of all companies
To provide support to the Company Secretarial team in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements, regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
Be familiar with the Companies Act 2016
Possess at least 1 to 2 years experience in Secretarial activities
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills
Energetic, quick learner and resourceful
