Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Preparation resolutions and documents for lodgment to the relevant authorities.
  • Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and register in compliance with Companies Act 2016.
  • Monitoring of SSM submission deadlines.
  • To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Corporate Administration/ICSA/MAICSA/ other equivalent.
  • Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and related regulations.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in company secretarial field
  • Can speak in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in corporate secretarial duties and Comsec software, MyCoID & MBRS.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Candidate must be a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and takes initiative to complete tasks given.
