  • Job Descriptions:
  • Administrative Support:
Assist the Company Secretary and the team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage the departments schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • 2.Document Management:
Maintain and update corporate records, including registers, minute books, and statutory documents
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents, both physical and electronic.
Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings and returns to relevant authorities.
  • 3.Compliance and Governance
: Support the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
Help monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment.
  • 4.Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the Company Secretary department and other departments within the organization.
  • Facilitate communication with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal advisors.
Coordinate the distribution of documents to board members and other relevant parties.
  • 5. Project Assistance
: Assist in special projects as required, such as corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes to improve departmental efficiency.
  • 6.Other Duties
: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Company Secretary or department head.
  • Job Requirements:
Candidate posses to have Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Corporate Administration or any related field.
  • Preferably candidate to have at least 1-3 years of administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with corporate governance practices and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
