Job Requirement:
- Community angel, KOL and operation management
Efficiently handling user inquiries and resolving issues related to our platform and services.- Collaborating with various internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance customer support strategies.
Monitoring platform performance and conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and user engagement initiatives.
Contributing to the growth of the MEXC community by engaging users through social media and other channels.- Adapting to new challenges and taking initiative to support the companys overall mission and vision.
Job Requirements:
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Passion for the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry (Crypto experience is not required).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
