Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Support & Relationship Building to address concerns, provide support, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and organize in-person community events
  • Collect feedback from the community to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Actively engage with community members, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Host and moderate discussions, events, or live sessions to keep the community lively and connected.

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
  • Able to answer call & WhatsApp on non working hours
  • Loves talking to people and building relationships and connections
  • Must possess at least minimum Degree certificates in related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Customer centric and wants to do all she can for the customer to keep them having a good experience
  • Loves coming up with activities and managing small events for the community
  • Have worked in a customer service or engagement role in the past would be great as well
  • Loves to learn and gain knowledge through attending programs, reading or YouTube
  • Wants to learn from others and able to listen to opinions
  • Loves to be part of a team, high energy and wants to take up challenges to grow
  • Kind and caring to teammates to work together to achieve a common goal
  • Values: Customer centric, caring, relationship builder, giver, fun
