Job Responsibility
Community Project Junior Executive ( 1 post non education projects / 1 post education based projects)
You will be part of a dynamic Operations Team handling a variety of projects. You will be reporting to the respective Project Coordinators. You will focus on the successful implementation and timely completion of exciting fast-paced projects including installing solar lights, basic infrastructure, training and education, socioeconomic activities and many more.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute assigned projects and tasks included but not limited to:
- Plan, prepare and travel for on-site project recce, installation and maintenance as per project schedule.
- Assist in designing programmes and projects.
- Execute the tasks assigned in/out of office for preparation and project execution.
- Maintaining best practices while carrying out procurement related activities
- Compile data, pictures and forms for project reporting.
- Assist in documentation and administrative duties of the Project Coordinator
- Preparing reports to update Project Coordinator on the project progress.
- Champion sincere, emphatic and good relationships with project beneficiaries such as indigenous communities, ex-convicts, recovering substance abusers, hard core poor.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with project partners and government bodies.
- Assist in preparing and executing organizations exhibitions, roadshows and pop-up booths.
- Contribute towards team efforts to improve operations efficiency, widen client base and a vibrant working culture through meetings, discussion sessions and huddles.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a project executive, social worker or in events organizing is an advantage but not a compulsory requirement.
- A valid driving license is desirable.
- Able to travel within Malaysia for site recce and project implementation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Google suite.
- Minimum education: Diploma and above.
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
