Overview:
LiveIn is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Community Associate to support in organizing community events, assisting with tenant onboarding, and being the liaison between the company and tenants. This role plays a crucial part in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our tenants while being attuned to their needs and concerns.
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist in the preparation and execution of community events, activities, and initiatives designed to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.
Support tenants during the onboarding process, providing information about property amenities, policies, and available services to ensure a smooth transition.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Gather insights and feedback from tenants to understand their preferences, needs, and any challenges they might be facing, acting as the eyes and ears of the company.
Assist in fostering partnerships with local businesses, service providers, and organizations to offer benefits or services to enhance the tenant experience.
Collaborate with the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager to develop strategies for tenant engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and feedback to provide valuable insights for improving services and community offerings.
Communicate regularly with tenants through various channels to disseminate information, updates, and announcements related to community events or property matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role, preferably within property management or real estate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in event planning and tenant assistance.
Proactive and empathetic attitude towards tenant needs, fostering a positive and welcoming community environment.
Ability to be adaptable, reliable, and act as a reliable support system for tenants.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
