Job Description

1Community Building and Operations: Responsible for building and managing the community on various platforms, enhancing user engagement, and encouraging user sharing through activity planning and content operations.

2User Segmentation and Core User Engagement: Capable of segmenting users and identifying core users for targeted, refined operations. Plan and organize various community activities to meet business objectives, including writing proposals, executing plans, and performing data reviews.

3Content and Topic Planning: Possess strong capabilities in topic and content planning, able to independently establish content production and promotion systems.

4Data-Driven Strategy Adjustment: Adjust operational strategies based on data analysis, focusing on user growth and conversion rates. Build data statistics and performance evaluation systems.

5Multi-Channel Operations: Familiar with various media platforms and new media operation methods. Develop comprehensive content strategies and manage operations across official communities, websites, apps, and self-media channels.
