Position Responsibilities
Mass Media Crafting:
- Write compelling and engaging press releases for FMCG products, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to media outlets.
Expertise In Copywriting & Editing
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines for various ATL, BTL and Digital materials as and when required.
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences and market trends, ensuring content messaging is relevant and impactful.
Abreast With AI Tools Such As ChatGPT
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve writing skills and content quality.
Experience In Product Packaging Writing
- Ensure product packaging content that effectively communicates product features and benefits to consumers.
360 Marketing Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing managers, to ensure content meets project requirements and deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and content initiatives.
- Support the overall marketing strategy by providing creative input and contributing to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
- Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG or any smiliar field
- Experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio of copy samples
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken in English & Bahasa
