Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Commis - Pastry is responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of pastries and desserts as well as supporting the pastry kitchen team in ensuring smooth operations of the pastry kitchen.
Qualifications
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional certificate in Culinary Arts and Patisserie.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
