Job Description:
- To keep the kitchen or preparation area and his good self hygienically clean.
Only prepared the highest quality of food to be served to the guest.- Check and prepare of mise-en-place of his section.
To follow house rules and to conduct in such a manner so as to encourage follow employees to do likewise.
- To be aware of his working schedule and to be punctual.
To check, clean and arrange all the vegetables and meat item inside fridge in good arrangement and condition.- To take note of all the recipe and new menu and to do practical training;
