Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily task.

COMMIS PASTRY
Assist the Pastry Chef with the planning and executed of the dessert and menu.
Assist with the development of new designs and recipes.
Properly following each recipe to company specifications.
Measurement and mixing of ingredients.
Regulation of cooking temperatures.
Replenishing station as needed.
Notify Pastry Chef for low inventory items.
Setting time cycles for products.
Assist in organizing all areas of the kitchen, maintain deliveries and cleanliness of areas.
Working knowledge of all pastry assistant functions int he kitchen.
Station maintenance and cleanliness.
Follow strict health and hygiene standards.
Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment.
Promote teamwork and interact with employees in a fair and professional manner.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Basic Knowledge in kitchen and F&B related is preferred.
