Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Commis - Colleague Restaurant is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals for all colleagues as well as supporting the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the colleague restaurant.
Qualifications
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional certificate in Culinary Arts.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
