Responsible for daily preparation of ingredients
To control food cost, wastage and spoilage to acceptable levels
Full awareness of all menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
Operate and maintain equipment operation and reporting of malfunctioning
Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
Checks regularly expiry dates and proper storage of food items
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen

Must be a teamwork personality and serious in work.
Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly.
Excellent self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Experience in a kitchen
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Preferred Chinese whom familiar with Chinese confinement meals
