Customer Service - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Order Taking - Take orders accurately.
Food Serving - Assist in serving food items according to the companys standard.
Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure the dining area and counter areas are clean and organized. Perform cleaning duties such as clearing tables and mopping floors.
Handle Customer Feedback - Address customer questions, complaints, or feedback professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
Follow Health and Safety Guidelines - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Teamwork - Work closely with other crew members and assist in additional tasks as needed.

Prepare and serve beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks, following established recipes.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
Provide recommendations and educate customers on different coffee types and flavors.
Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operation during busy hours.
