Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Commis - Banquet Kitchen is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking for events, banquets, and special functions, ensuring the smooth operations of the banquet kitchen and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional certificate in Culinary Arts.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
