Responsible for day to day operations for productions as well as involvement in menu development.
To assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
To assist during service for timing and progress of all dishes in high quality manner.
To ensure the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company.
To be fully conversant with the menu and to be adaptable with continual changes to ensure that the menu is kept in line with customer demands and Company policies.
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily task.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitization in all kitchen and serving area.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
Display enthusiasm, passion and dedication for the art of cooking and hospitality.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Basic Knowledge in kitchen and F&B related is preferred.
