Management Report Preparation
- Assist in transform data analysis by utilizing reporting and business intelligence tool (e.g. Power BI) into presentation material (e.g. slides), findings and recommendations for management meeting report.
Market Research and Analysis
- Collecting data from research firm and current marketing info.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT analysis).
- Stay updated on industry trend, market condition, and regulatory change.
- Identify potential market, customer segment, and growth opportunity.
Marketing Management
- Coordinating with group marketing and other brand marketing lead with compilation of all respective brands with updated brand guide, brand asset, existing product update, NPD info, marketing collateral for commercial export market usage.
- Coordinating in brand marketing management, campaign coordination and social media guideline management.
Financial Analysis
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Business Development
- Assist the division in Identify and evaluate potential partnership, alliance, and acquisition.
- Assist in operation matters with new customer documentation and processing of account opening, ad-hoc order processing with payment settlement.
Project Management
- Assist and participating as a cross-functional team to execute and implement strategic projects and initiatives.
- Ensure participation of projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustment as necessary.
What you bring
- At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, and marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in the dairy or beverage sector.
