Your new role

- Analyse market trends, sales data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sales training programs, ensuring the sales force is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data-driven approaches.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in sales operations, including CRM utilisation, territory management, and incentive programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry or sales
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving successful commercial initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
