Your new role

  • Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to optimise sales force effectiveness and drive business growth.
  • Analyse market trends, sales data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sales training programs, ensuring the sales force is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data-driven approaches.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in sales operations, including CRM utilisation, territory management, and incentive programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry or sales
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving successful commercial initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
