COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER, KUALA LUMPUR
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join the Malaysia Luxury team. Reporting to Commercial Excellence Lead, this is a critical role that will be responsible for re-shaping and expanding the retail footprint of Cotys brands within Malaysia beauty business landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
Supporting the Commercial Excellence Lead to manage the sales plan
Define commercial strategy for each retailer in line with budget targets to reach requested sales, profitability.
Developing promotional plans in conjunction with Marketing, aimed at driving sell-in and sell-out in DS and perfumeries
Planning and budgeting for launches and promotions: this includes monthly demand forecasting, supply management, pricing analysis and A&CP planning and tracking
Working closely with multi-party, internal and external stakeholders for seamless, 360 sales execution
Establish and develop strong working relationship with the retailers
Drive commercial negotiations at field level to maximize all aspects of business (in-shop spaces & locations, prices, investments, promotions)
Capture business opportunities through close customer partnership such as listing of new brands or brand lines and expansion to new doors
Forecasting responsibilities on saleable goods in order to optimize costs and avoid obsolescence

You will be reporting to Commercial Excellence Lead and the team consists of Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager where you will work closely together. All your colleagues are energetic and fun loving. You will be working closely in the team and you will get tremendous support for you to excel in this role.

Min 8 years of sales and key account experience
A proven track record of successful collaboration with customers, resulting in strong commercial results
Resilient and organised, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
Entrepreneurial, agile and results-oriented for commercial delivery and proactive risk-management
Team player, ability to develop effective working relationships both internally & externally, and excel in a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
