RSG is seeking an enthusiastic Commerce & Community Intern to support our community engagement and commerce activities. This role is perfect for someone passionate about esports and looking to gain experience in community management and e-commerce.
Assist in managing and engaging with our community across various social media platforms.- Support the planning and execution of community events and commerce initiatives.
Help manage our online store, including updating product listings and handling customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for community growth and engagement.
Monitor and report on community feedback and e-commerce performance.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with online communities.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media management.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and community engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
