Colour Matcher

As a Colour Matcher at FloorXL Industries, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of colours in our PVC flooring products. You will work closely with the production and quality control teams to match colours according to specifications and maintain our high standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Match colours accurately to specifications and customer requirements.

• Conduct colour matching tests and adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure colour consistency throughout the manufacturing process.

• Maintain detailed records of colour formulations and adjustments.

Assist in quality control checks to ensure final products meet colour standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any colour-related issues during production.

• Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of colour theory and colour matching techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and precision.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in polymer or PVC products, is a plus.
