Job Title: Male Collector/Despatch

Location: Menara Centara, Chow Kit Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Visiting Client Homes for Verifications:
- Conducting on-site verifications at client homes.
- Follow-up Calls to Overdue Customers:
- Making calls to overdue customers to follow up on payment commitments.
- Document Handling:
- Sending and collecting documents as required for various tasks.
- Client Visits with Notice of Demand:
- Visiting overdue clients with notice of demand to ensure timely payments.
- Assisting in Collections:
- Collaborating with the collection to facilitate the recovery of outstanding payments.
- Office Management Support:
- Providing assistance to office management based on instructions and requirements.
- Meetings with Lawyers:
- Meet with lawyers to sign agreements.
Requirements:
- Male candidate with a valid driving license and own vehicle (motorcycle).
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and follow-ups.
- Able to speak and write English & Bahasa
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule: - Day shift
