Provide training to Apprentice and operator.- Ensure the assign machine set-up is done.
Ensure the document of the product is implement and apply.
- Ensure the tools is well control.
Ensure the Jig & Fixture is well control.- To ensure the product run on the machine is as per product specification.
To ensure the machine is well keep clean & safe and ready for operation.
- To ensure the program is well control.
To provide improvement to the product if found needed.- Maintain a clean and well organize working environment in respective area with respect to the 5S way.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
- Self-inspection checking on production activity.
