Position Title: CNC Machinist
- Working Location: Jurong West
Working Hours:
- 5 days (Mon Fri 8 am 5 pm, Sat 8 am 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Housing allowance + OT + Variable bonus + Performance bonus
Duration: Permanent
Configure and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and requirements.
Input and adjust machine control settings to regulate speeds, feeds, and depth of cuts.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.- Monitor processes and conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize production processes.
At least two years of experience in CNC milling with proficiency in machine operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of drawing tolerances is preferred.
Familiarity with operating CNC machines using Fanuc or Mitsubishi controllers is highly advantageous.
