Badcave Training Facility and Exclusive Fitness was established by our CEO/Director, Mr. Murad Zaidi in 2007 and our establishment has successfully provided countless possibilities and opportunities to employees over the years who needed employment. As a Club Manager at Badcave Training Facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our club to ensure an exceptional experience for our members. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for fitness and customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the club staff, including hiring, training, and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance goals.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
Member Experience: Ensure a positive member experience by maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing member concerns promptly, and implementing programs to enhance member engagement and retention.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and promote club programs and services, including outreach to the local community and participation in marketing initiatives.Financial Management: Manage the club budget, including expenses, revenue projections, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards, legal requirements, and industry guidelines.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for club staff, providing feedback, coaching, and support to help them succeed in their roles.Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to promote the club and enhance its visibility and reputation.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, including membership numbers, revenue targets, and operational efficiency, for review by senior management.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
