Developing positive customer relationships and handling customers solution needs & challenges- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Working alongside the Solutions Architect team, marketing team to draw up strategies to increase the client base
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts)- Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success of business relationships
Maintaining excellent relationships with principals
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in Cloud technology
Prior corporate sales experience (2 years or above). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- A Diploma or Degree in any field (Information Technology will be an added advantage but not necessary).
Knowledge in Cloud Technologies: Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Project management experience will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
