What you'll be doing -

The primary responsibility of this role is to build, maintain and support global IT Cloud infrastructure and services deploy in PPG to meet business requirements and industrial standards on compliance and security. This role also assists IT audits and technology innovation as continuous improvement to support IT cloud strategy.

• Build, Maintain and Support the IT cloud services include but not limit to AWS, Azure, Alibaba to ensure their high performance and availability.
• Build, Maintain and Support the connectivity among PPG premises and cloud from end to end.
• Collaborating effectively with the application teams to build Cloud infrastructure environment in project phase.
• Build and Maintain Cloud monitoring and automation solution to improve daily operation.
• Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan; estimate scope and timelines; partner with other teams to drive solutions over the line and ensure infrastructure stability and security.
• Manage vendor quotation, support and billing activities.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end users.
• Perform any ad hoc IT duties as assigned.

What you need -

• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of AWS Cloud IT infrastructure build and support experience.
• Possess AWS certificate: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS Cloud Essentials) or above is a Must
• Possess Azure certificate: Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals is an advantage.
• Experience on Payment Card Industry best practices, IT security audit on Cloud infrastructure and Privilege Account Management application is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal relationship, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and fluent speaking ability in Chinese (Cantonese) and English, speak of Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude with CAN-DO attitude.
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good Knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, O365, Teams, Intune and other SaaS technologies will be an advantage.
• Willing to work after business hours and emergency when necessary.
