We are currently recruiting Cloud Engineers for our client, a top multi-national company, where you will be able to work on exciting projects!
-Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.
-System Architecture and Design: Develop and implement cloud-based system architectures, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
-Cloud Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect cloud environments, including identity and access management, data encryption, and compliance with security standards and regulations.
-Automation and Orchestration: Automate and streamline cloud deployment, configuration, and management processes using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef).
-Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, analyze usage patterns, and optimize resource utilization to improve cost efficiency and system performance.
-Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve cloud-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
-Cloud Cost Management: Monitor and control cloud-related costs, identify cost optimization opportunities, and implement cost-saving measures.
-Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to provide technical support, guidance, and expertise on cloud-related matters.
-Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for cloud environments, ensuring data protection and minimizing downtime.
-Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure effective system administration.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
-Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Administrator, or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.
-Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including a deep understanding of core services, networking, security, and scalability.
-Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with infrastructure automation and provisioning tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
-Configuration Management: Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
-Security and Compliance: Strong understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
-Networking: Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing in cloud environments.
-Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation frameworks to streamline cloud-related processes.
-Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
-Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay up to date with cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices through self-learning, training, and certifications.
